We gave this store four tries. And four tries was WAY too many. The first delivery was very late but okay, the second order was wrong and cold, the third order was late and burned and the last order never showed up. We placed our order at 5:40pm on Thursday with an estimated delivery being 30-40 minutes. An hour goes by and the tracker still says the pizza is enduring a "quality check." We wait twenty minutes longer to make our first call and we receive, "It's still here at the store but will be out in a few minutes." So again, we wait. Twenty minutes later, the tracker finally says the pizza is out for delivery. It is now 7pm. Thirty five minutes later, still no pizza. So we call and explain we would like to cancel our order for a refund since it has now been two hours. The woman on the phone interrupts my husband and asks him to hold. Husband waits 8 minutes or so, hangs up, calls back. This time, we wait a good three minutes for someone to pick up, quickly say,  "please hold," and put us back on hold. Husband hangs up and calls again, this time, someone answers and we explain our situation again to which she explains that the pizza hasn't left the store yet (an hour after telling us otherwise) but offers for us to speak to a manager. Husband agrees then is placed on hold three separate times, with the last ending in someone picking up and hanging up. At this point, I'm on the phone with corporate because this is just ridiculous. Luckily, the woman at corporate was polite and very apologetic. I have never had such a terrible experience with a store and I have no Idea how they stay in business. If you want pizza, please do not waste your time here.

I’ve never been to this location, but I just want to commend a worker named Rob. I live in Northern California and someone hacked the system and ordered a lot from this store. Rob looked further into the order after noticing a different area code, name, and odd order. He called me to verify and quickly reversed the order. The manager, Alaina, I formed me that it has been happening in that area so it’s probably best to be paying with cash. Thank you Rob and Alaina for your quick action, and I wish you all the best. This is that customer service that seems to be missing these days.

Manager named Sugar went above and beyond to make sure that our order was entered correctly and prepared perfectly.  Compared to other local pizza chains, this location of Dominos always seems to have the best management. The pizza is always perfectly prepared as ordered, made quickly, and hot when picked up. A pleasure to deal with, and we will continue to buy from this location in the future. Cheers!

Manager is a liar. Claimed their wings don’t come with sauce when they just FORGOT MY SAUCE. Took them an hour just to put my food in the oven. Don’t order here. Feel like I wasted my money.

Ordered at 7pm on a Wednesday, didn't come until 10pm. THEN the delivery driver called and said they are only doing CURB SIDE delivery. I understand there are safety issues but she could hear that I was with my kids and I am also pregnant which I told her.  Pizza was cold, everything else was warm. Disappointing to say the least.
