There doesn't exist a zero stars option. Great pizza which is standard for IFP, but I have never waited so long for 1 large pizza in my entire life. I order a pizza at 12:45pm. There is no reason in hell why I should have to wait until 2:45pm. Absolutely mediocre service.

Do not go here! If I could give the place a zero I would. The pizza was cold and burnt and disgusting. They wouldn't give me a refund or deliver me a new one! They expected me to drive all the way back. The sauce was gross. I spent nearly $30 for crap. I will never go back again. Threw the whole pizza away money down the drain!

      The pizza at Italian Fiesta has stayed the same since I was a kid, which is why I kept coming back, even though I now have had to drive 20 minutes out of my way for it. Unfortunately, the service has gotten so terrible that it has compelled me to write my first review ever.
       Last Saturday, I waited in line for 25 minutes, along with 18 other people, just to pay and pick up our phoned-in orders. By the time I was finally able to get to the head of the line, the pizza had been ready for 20 minutes. I understand it was a Saturday and they were really hopping. But, why was there 8-10 cooks and only one cashier? No apology was given by anyone from Italian Fiesta. On top of the that, the pizza had already gotten cold. 
       It is disappointing that such a good place for so long, can be ruined by bad service so quickly. I don't believe the customers that waited with me are planning on coming back either. Too bad. They just lost a 20+ year customer.
