delivery drivers have been polite - store employees have no concept of customer service i ordered $40 worth of pizzas. they were happy to charge my card. they sent the wrong pizzas and told me i would be credited $40 on a call-in order. when i called in, the staff wouldn't tell me what the pizza prices were, only that they would be at least double the cost (so i would spend my original $40 on the same amount of pizza as someone ordering $20 today). i ordered pizza from there because of the pricing. that aside, the staffer just seemed annoyed that i didn't have the menu memorized (the website wasn't working at the time). i asked how i could see pizzas and costs. the options i was given over the phone were go on the website or ask over the phone. i reminded them i was on the phone with them asking, and instead of answering me, the 'your credit can't be used, it's corporate's fault' retoric started again (like a broken record). i'm fluent in english, i already understood that. i've come to terms with the fact that i just lost $40 because after the way i was spoken to today, i don't trust that my order wouldn't be tampered with. the staff was p e t t y.

Piss poor service and the manager and staff are unapologetic about it! Too many places to get pies in fallbrook to patronize this place.

Horrible service. Asked for basic red crush pepper and I get told, oh I don't have any; plus you have to pay for it. So stupid.

Hard to put into a short story. Never will I make this mistake again. Pizza stuck to top and bottom of box. Unedible!
