Twice in two weeks I have found hairs in my pizza. The first time, I was refunded no problem. The second time, they treated me as if I was a liar, told me it was my responsibility to ask for a receipt, BC they didn't give me one, that I had to bring the pizzas back, take a picture to start a file, etc. I won't ever eat there again.

NEVER HOT AND READY, false advertisement at its finest, doesn't fail that I always order two pepperoni and one cheese, two orders of wings and two of crazy bread. I'm always told "oh we ran out of blah blah blah it'll be a tenish minute wait" it's supposed to be hot and ready, not wait while we make it!!

They never answer the damn phone!! And always get my order wrong!! And to make it up they want to give me bread cheese sticks that aren't even fresh or wings that are alm dried.. Worse place ever!!

This place is great. The staff is awesome, I come here A LOT. their card machine has been down twice so far causing me atm fees and one time even having to drive back home during rush hour to get cash. Other than that they always make fresh pizza and within 10 minutes.
