I order online pretty regularly and we've had zero complaints until recently. Maybe they lost a few drivers or something? I dunno, but I watch the tracker and the last three pizzas I've ordered have sat waiting for a driver for 29 minutes, 45 minutes, and 52 minutes. That's enough time for a pizza to be baked 3 times over. There is absolutely no excuse for this. I'm not complaining about overall time or delivery time. This is about a cooked pizza sitting for 30+ minutes until a driver returns. If you don't have a driver, don't make the pizza. I'm paying $25 for a single meal - it should be hot and delivered shortly after being cooked. This isn't rocket surgery, guys.

Delivery driver was nice, the girl that took the order was nice.... The pizza absolutely sucked. Sorry guys but it really did.
01/29/18 at 1100 am. I bought two for them to deliver to the guys at the tank wash and I was embarrassed to admit I bought them lunch. In the bright side, the 2 liter Coke was fresh.

After waiting 15 minutes for someone to pickup the phone we were told that the Saraland location would no longer deliver to the Kali Oaka Rd. area. 
Now we would have large dollar amount orders at times, but apparently Dominos doesn't want our money anymore. So if I have to go pick it up,  it most certainly will not come from Dominos, plenty of other places to get pizza in Saraland.
It's a pity that they don't appreciate their customers.
The drivers are the big losers, we tipped really well.

Just got a pizza with double cheese and other ingredients.  The taste was okay but it was very lacking in cheese.  I expected cheese to be pulling apart as I picked up a piece.  Since the pizza. Was delivered cold and had minimal cheese I was disappointed.  This was not my idea of "double cheese".  At $23 I expected more.

Ordered pizza with extra cheese and extra pepperoni but received one with hardly any cheese and pepperoni. Ordered one Brooklyn and one handtossed but received two handtossed.
