I don't post reviews very much but KFC in Saraland definitely deserves it after the service I received tonight. When I was placing my order the employees in the drive thru immediately and respectfully informed me that it would be a wait because they had to cook my order. Which I was fine with it was kind of late, and I highly respect her for letting me know about the wait BEFORE I paid for my food. She then apologize to me at the window again and asked me if there was anything they could get me while I waited and then asked me to pull forward to wait. I was impressed at how kind and respectful she was while I'm sure she deals with rude and disrespectful costomers most of her day. It was a different employee that brought my order out to me, and she also was very nice and apologized again for my wait and told me to have a nice night. These two ladies by far showed me the best customer service I have ever seen at any fast food chain.

I bought a $20 fill up. After giving me the option of 3 different types of chicken, they inform me, they only have 1 kind available. I can barely understand the guy over the speaker, then even I finally get to the window, they ask for my order again, because they never rang it up, in the first place. Then he tells me they don't have the macaroni that I ordered, after accepting my order, at the speaker. Then they guy never says hello, thank you, or good bye. I'll never go back here again, and I'll be telling everyone else I know, not to eat here as well.
