We moved out of this store's delivery area almost a year ago, and have discovered that the store in the area we moved to SUCKS! Not only could they not find our house, but our orders were always screwed up in some way. The last straw was getting a Brooklyn crust pie cut Chicago style. When we order from Dominoes now we go get it from this particular store. There have been very few problems at this store. When there were, the staff have ALWAYS been apologetic, friendly and helpful. I've always liked Dominoes, but I am loyal to this particular store.

I don’t usually give reviews but had to on this because of our horrible customer service experience. We called and ordered 2 pizzas, then we received 3 calls from them, called back and were hung up on, and called again to doubly confirm our order. An hour later called back because we hadn’t gotten our pizza and they said they had no record of us ordering. Waited thru a half hour of being put on hold and passed off to different people/managers and then were told “do you want to order pizza or not” very rudely. This was very frustrating and we felt like we were being accused of lying about a dumb pizza. I’ve honestly never had such a bad customer experience. In the end we didn’t even get any pizza. Please dominos, work on your customer service at this location

Food arrives hot and drivers are pretty much smiles every time. Pizza and sides are cooked almost to perfection.

I’ve been calling for 10 mins now and somebody is continuously hanging up, also says it’s open until 2 and on other pages 1 that’s also deceiving. Disappointed in the customer service. Could be somebody starving on the side of the road and you are hanging up consistently? Lol! What’s this world come to.

As always, the food was delicious :) the staff and manager are very friendly, fast service, and would eat here again, and again! :)
