This place has gotten absolutely ridiculous over the years. They take forever to make slightly better than average Chinese food. The food and service used to be better. I'm about ready to give this place up all together. Food is not good enough to justify the wait.

My favorite place to buy chinese food in the twin cities. While other chinese restaurants have raised their prices to around $15 per entree, Jasmine has maintained sub $10 prices with comparable quality and in my opinion a better atmosphere.

Today I called in an order for delivery. I called in at 11:08am and ordered the food and was told it would be about an hour wait. I said ok that is fine. I waited for an hour and 10 min. I called  back and asked if my food was on its way because it had been over an hour. The woman who answered the phone said oh no it would be another 30 min because there was no driver there. I was irritated because i had already been waiting an hour and they did not inform me when i placed the order that there was no driver. I said well can i come pick it up then and get a discount because i had already been waiting over an hour for the food and got no call about the driver. The lady on the phone said no you can cancel your order then. I wanted the food still and said well fine i want the food and i will come get it and i want it done by the time i am there. The lady on the phone then hung up on me. WOW!!!!! I will NEVER be ordering from you again. I was a normal customer too. You need to really learn how to run a business. RIDICULOUS!

STOP.......do not eat here the food is horrible. Fried chicken barely had meat on it....the rice was plain with slimmy onions....and the general chicken was over fried with a. Bunch of fried flour pieces mixed with it....just a very nasty place make you not want to eat Chinese ever again

I ordered on the lunch menu. Portion small. I guess I was hungrier then I thought. Food was good.
