The manager Claire has a very odd idea of customer service. I thought they had messed up my order as they have multiple times, but I was mistaken. I called back to tell them that they put bacon on my pizza instead of the philly beef I ordered and they agreed to fix it and swap the pizza. They also left off a dipping sauce I paid for which they agreed to fix. 30 minutes later the delivery guy arrived with a fresh pizza & he actually clarified that the Philly Beef in fact looks like that and my order was correct all along. I accepted the new pizza and then shortly after received a rude voicemail from the manager rehashing the issue and telling me that she would be documenting this incident under my number. I didn't appreciate her tone and I found it silly that she even had the audacity to call back talking like that when they should've been able to resolve the issue from the first phone call when I mistook the two toppings for one another. They look and taste very similar.

Good for those days you don't feel like cooking. Every time I have been the food has been fresh. Only problem I've had so far was one time they forgot my order was ready for a bit untill we asked about it while waiting in store. Other than that, nothing to complain about.

Love love love if I order pizza for my family and me this is the only place I ordered delivery from.  They are very polite, mannerly and respectful.
