This place is amazing.  I have served in the military, and was stationed in Germany.  I have tried every German restaurant I have come across.  I can assure this is the most authentic one I have come across, since leaving Germany.  I live in San Antonio, and will definitely be back.

This place would kill in Houston, easily the best German food in Texas. It is tucked away in a Long John Silvers building and nondescript. Gabby works the front and her husband cooks. There is not a bad meal on the menu. Highlights are the kinder roulade, stuffed pretzel, sausage platter, and the apple duppling. The apple dumpling has a brandy, brown sugar sauce that is Devine. The dark chocolate cake is a chocolate-lovers delight.  The hours can be sporadic so call a head. BYOB.

Great experience. Tasty food, fresh ingredients and the cleanest restaurant all combine for a relaxing and enjoyable afternoon.

I go quite often, the food is always awesome. My go to...is the Holzfaller Schniztel, my wife's is the Ruben Sandwich. The most unique place in Beeville and I feel the best and freshest food available. The owner is always pleasant and a delight to do business with.

Every experience has been incredibly satisfactory. The Ambiance is very convincing of being in Germany. The owner, is very accommodating and always serves impeccably delicious entrees. Nice and quiet. Everything from appetizers through desert is consistently delicious.Gasthauser Berliner Bear is what I would call continental cuisine comes to Beeville.
