I love Domino's Pizza. The two experiences I have had with buying pizza from Domino's in Easthampton. The first one they burnt my thing trust when I went into the store The Cook was sitting down talking to the manager I looked at the pizza oven and my thing trust was running up over the thick crust getting burnt on 1/2. The second time they gave me a free pizza my wife ordered a white pizza with spinach when you picked up a piece of pizza it droop down and all the toppings slid off the pizza. It was so greasy and raw the dough is raw. There is no way of eating it I took it back and ask for my five bucks back that I tip the delivery guy for I will not go back there again and I won't recommend it to anyone it.

I haven't been too crazy about Domino's in the past six months. The deal that I have ordered for years is not longer available. The price for an equal amount of pizza without the deal is too high, and when you add on the tax, delivery charge, and tip, it's an expensive meal for just two people. But yesterday I had a chance to do carry out and the experience was a complete turn around! The clerk was very accommodating and personable. I got a great price for my pizza. He even asked how I wanted my change. When my pizza was ready he offered me paper plates and napkins.I don't know his name, but in conversation he did tell me he was 26.He deserves a pat on the back for his service. Yesterday's experience just made my day! Thank you.

I recently moved to the area, I have ordered from Domino's Pizza at least four times. I have not received bad service here once. The delivery persons have never been anything but friendly, and cheerful. Great service.

I am new to the area for work which is only a mile away from this location. I had done an app order two hours ahead of time which I know they open at 10:30 Saturdays but their systems allows you to place a order before hand. My delivery was scheduled at 12:15pm to be delivered at my job. I get a call from them at 11:50 saying " We are sorry we mixed up the time, what is the time you want it delivered? I responded that it was scheduled to be delivered at 12:15. He said ok sorry for the mix up and hangs up. Literally a minute later he calls again saying that they can't deliver my order on time because they have two orders ahead of me. ( Keep in mind I placed the order two hours in advance and work a mile away) He informed me that if I picked it up it would be free. I told him I couldn't because I'm currently working. I asked for my refund. (Which I hope I get, I'm kinda skeptical about it right now) He said no problem I will cancel the order. I said thank you and hung up. Thinking about it I ended up calling back a few minutes after asking how I would know if they canceled my order. He assured me they did and depending on the bank my money will be refunded in a few days even though before hand he told me it would be immediately. I asked him, " if I ordered two hours in advance why is it, not trying to be rude, that you guys are irresponsible with the timing? In which he responded," It wasn't on us it's the system". So I asked " What your telling me is that your system doesn't understand when you have other orders. He said yes. I said, " ok, thank you" and Hung up. So what I got from it all is that their system doesn't work well and if they get an order online they are incapable of organizing them with the phone orders they receive. Sadly this place sucks...... Guess I'll be eating McDonald's 🍟Q

Wow! The manager actually called me back when I made a special request regarding a lighter cook time to try and accommodate. A+++ customer service!
