Excellent food and beer/spirits. Ate at the bar, bartender was very good. Actually, he was the reason we chose Riffs for dinner. The last time we were in, he made our visit worth while. Great knowledge of beer and very friendly. And tonight we had a repeat experience. Consistantly good! I highly recommend Riff's. I have also had similar experiences at the Turners Falls Riff's as well.

Their burgers are really good, but what really gets me is the truffle mayo. Oh my God! It is so good! Servers are always nice. It has a lot parking. It is near good breweries. The only thing I do not like is the lack of ventilation. You leave with the smell of hamburger in your clothes and hair. Bu, overall, it s good.

This was my first time to Rifts and what a first time we had! Their crispy chicken build your own menu is awesome, also their buffalo sauce. I was able to have Sip of Sunshine which, if you like hoppy IPA, DIPA style beers is very yummy. The hideaway behind the main restaurant has a good chill vibe. Staff was friendly and engaged. Would recommend.

Honestly they would get a higher score if they could get an order correct the first time. I live 1/4 mile away and order take out roughly twice a month. There food is usually very good. The menu is quite large and has a lot of variety. The staff just makes me feel like I'm speaking a different dialect of English or something. Unfortunately the same is true for eating in as well. I'm hopeful that maybe a staff change or some re-training can improve their service. Parm fries with truffle mayo is worth the extra $3!

This place was super disorganized. There was absolutely no flow to the place in any way shape or form. The tables were filthy. There was no direction on what to do I had no idea that we had to place our order at the counter after waiting 20 minutes for someone to come help us I finally went up and asked. Food was good. However service was terrible the tables were disgusting they had water but it was room temperature supposed to be orange pineapple it was literally just water at room temperature. I was appalled at how sticky and dirty everything was. I will definitely not come back to this location unless I'm super desperate for the riffs franchise food. I would rather take a 40-minute ride North up to riffs in Turners Falls which gets a four out of five star rating even on its worst day. Even though this is a franchise clearly they cannot be owned by the same owner. Any business owner would never walk into this location and say they were okay with their business being run the way that this place operated today. Portion sizes were smaller than riff's North in Turners Falls as well. I'm not even sure if his place is even called riffs anymore considering the menus said The Hideout lounge or something like that. The only thing that said riffs was the decal on the door.
