Never have I ever received an incorrect order.

I have never received my food late (even during the busiest time of the week, Friday during dinner).

They have always been impeccably polite (literally midnight and the delivery peeps are super happy).

They seem to have nailed the perfect Sauce:Cheese:Crust ratio.

Sometimes they get it right but time and time I'm left disappointed. So much sauce on my pizza that's all you can taste, when you call with concern they don't seem to care. Shame because on the days they do manage to get it right it's damn good.

We pick up pizza here when in town. My kids go to place. They have always done well with the quality of food and it's been correct each time. The new remodel inside looks good and they appear to have more help. We will keep going back.

I went to get my pizza and again they didn't cut it right so frustrating. And it wasn't shaped in a circle like pieces of the crust were off like chunks of the crust were missing they didn't shape it correctly and I mentioned this to the cashier and she didn't do anything it seemed to me that she had way more important things to do than to deal with me even when I came in it took them a while to get to me. The worker didn't offer to fix any of the errors she wanted me to leave such bad service. Which is fine if there super busy, but my food should be at least in good shape. I am just here wondering how do i get these problems when they go through the quality check. IF I WAS YOU I WOULD BUY FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE! This is the 3rd time its happened to me and I even called customer service and nothing is done.
