We love coming to Simmer! They have great menu staples and the chef gets creative with his dish designs. Definitely worth stopping by!

We had a group of eight people and everyone's meal was fantastic.  The skirt steak was amazingly tender and perfectly seasoned.  We will definitely be eating here again!

Their food is so excellent. Their cooks do an amazing job with everything on the menu, from mac & cheese to ribeyes with seasonal vegetables. I don't like winter squash, but the flavor they give it gives it this incredible sweet taste, almost reminiscent of pancakes with syrup.

I think when they first opened, they tried to get a full different menu as the seasons went along, but most of their menu is pretty steady. However, what changes is the sauce or flavoring they give them. The fried chicken and waffles sometimes comes with a chili butter, or fruit syrup, but subtle changes that give a familiar meal a different kind of kick. 

The wait staff is always very polite. I'm not very up on my ownership, but I think one of them is an owner or co-owner. But it's hard to tell which one is the owner because all of them seem to be very comfortable and happy there.

Simmer should be THE fancy place is Moses Lake, rather than Michael's. But I always hope that business is going well for them so that the restaurant can remain in Moses Lake. When me and my wife first went, back... 2015 February? It wasn't very busy, and I had enjoyed the food and hoped word of mouth would carry up.

Simmer has a great menu and seasonal offerings. Indoor and outdoor seating, and the staff are wonderful! Delicious food in a beautiful and comfortable restaurant at a reasonable price. Simmer is poised to become a local icon for great cuisine and favorite place to eat due to their sweet awesome staff. You'll love Simmer!

This Place is amazing! Yvonne is an awesome host.  Chris and his crew cook delicious food.  The atmosphere is relaxing, fun and trendy.  Whether you want to do a romantic date or take the family out for a great experience.  I highly recommend this restaurant.  The Alligator sausage, Ribeye steak and Duck are to die for.  Don't forget dessert!!
