I’m a frequent customer at this location (about once a week, sometimes more) and I’m never satisfied with the service. The delivery takes way too long even though I live about 10 minutes from the store, my very first order at this location took over an hour to be delivered after the tracker said it was finished. So, we decided to just do carry out. Since then, it seems that every order has the wrong items, undercooked items, or the item is missing all together. We dismissed the issue at first, driving back and fixing the order... but at this point it’s become ridiculous. Today I called to speak with a manager to make sure he is aware of the problem, and not only was he extremely rude and unprofessional, he seemed to not care about the issue in the slightest. As a manager myself, I wish he would have cared a little more about his stores performance and service. Although I do love Domino’s Pizza, I will be taking my business elsewhere, somewhere that is worth my time and money.

Domino's Pizzas can care less about customer satisfaction. Manager at this location lied to me and laughed in my face. The franchise owner didn't even care and did nothinh. I will never eat a Dominos Pizza for the reat of my life.

Unfortunately I have had wuite a few problems with orders I have placed at this store. We generally order about once a week, sometimes twice a week, and there is some kind of problem with my order more than half the time: wrong toppings, burnt pizza, underbaked or overbaked brownie/cookie, items missing from order etc. I used to call and tell them the problem , and the manager has always been kind enough to offer replacement or credit for my next order, but I don't bother to call anymore because the problem are never corrected with the staff. It doesn't matter if it's rush hour or not busy at all, the preparation is still inconsistent. They are the only game in town, no Papa Johns in my area so we just live with it.

If I could rate 0 stars that is what my rating would be. I called @ 5:36 exactly and ordered 3 medium pizzas. I was told that they were slammed and it would take 30-45 min. I called an hour 1/2 later and they said they did not have my order. I checked for a charge on my card and they did charge my card. I asked to speak to the manager and the guy that I am pretty sure took my order acted like he was the manager and said that I needed to resolve the issue with my bank because they did not have an order! They need new employees because after reading some of the other reviews I am not the only customer who has had this experience.

Our sandwich and cinnamon twists and bread twists were over baked and burned on the bottom. Not a good lunch this time.
