The customer service was really nice and friendly. Something I would normally be very satisfied with. My breakfast this morning however, was not acceptable. I picked up a Rio Grande bowlrito on my way to work and the potatoes were old and seemed over cooked. They tasted like old potatoes that have been left out for way too long. I asked for sour cream which I didn't receive. I ended up throwing out the whole thing as it was not edible. I will not be going back.

I love twisters burritos and even don't mind the prices but every single time i go there my order is never right. It is so frustrating that after being asked 3 times if they had it right it still came out wrong. Guess I'm going back to not eating at twisters.

I come to twisters all of the time, and this location is far the worst. The place is dirty, staff not wearing gloves in the back kitchen. Out of every type coke product. Hair in the food. I can go on and on. Waste of time and money.

The food is good here but what I really liked was the customer service. The ordering box made it nearly impossible for the employee and myself to communicate. The audio was very low and garbled, this location definitely needs some TLC. The employee was not able to hear the order correctly and I was not able to confirm the order correctly, but the employee was very friendly and apologized. Not only did he fix the order but he didnt charge for the upcharge. Not saying that throwing money at a situation will always fix it because I'm one hundred percent against that idea... But it was a genuinely nice gesture and I am very appreciative. PS the only reason its not a 5 Star rating is because of the building and equipment needs to be touched up.
