My autistic son only eats a handful of things and thin crust pizza from dominos is literally the only food I can get him to eat. Tonight, the pizza received was overloaded with cheese to the point the crust was not crispier but a soggy mess. I called back to store and the managermale listened before passing the phone to someone else who asked me to explain my issue again! Super unprofessional! The customer service is lacking! She then ask did I want to bring it back, and they will remake it. No; I’ve made it home. I live 25 mins away from that store. So upset, my son just threw his pizza on the floor and he never does that!

I paid for extra cheese on both pizzas and I didn’t get it on either pizza! Both pizzas was burnt to a crisp! I found an unexpected pineapple on one of the pizzas, I called the store manager to complain she was rude and only offer to re make it if I brought it back to the store 10 minutes away! In my opinion she should have offered to re-make it and deliver it to me since they were the ones that didn’t get the order correct and burnt the pizza! Needless to say I won’t be spending my hard earn money at Dominos anymore!!

So it seems as if my review has been deleted. Therefore I will add it again. I placed an order on Saturday night around 10:00 online it stated delivery stopped at 11:00 however after placing my order I received a call stating that they did not have enough staff for delivery which was no problem. I went picked up my pizza and wings got home and to my surprise a dead fly that seems to have been cooked with my wings. This is absolutely disgusting!! And to make matters worse the manager that was on duty did not sound apologetic and only stated mistakes happen I can cancel the order or remake the food. I would not feed a dog this horrific food. And I also sent an email to the email address provided in everyone’s review on Saturday night and have not heard anything further today is Wednesday!! I will definitely take further actions. I guess this will be deleted again..

I ordered two basic pizzas at 11:30am. Didn't even get started on until 1:30pm. I am understanding, staffing issues ,etc. They "deliver" it around 2pm. Except my clear instructions of my home were clearly not enough because I never got a single item. I checked neighbors doorsteps, nothing. No answer when I call. Literally never ordering from Domino's again. Thanks for taking my money.

My food was great!  BAD SERVICE! We had a bad  phone connection. I was trying to let the young lady know. I'm setting right out front. She just hangs up the phone. I called back and completed my order. Wasn't told sorry for hanging up or sorry I had trouble hearing you so I hung up.

This is horrible hadn’t ate Dominios in years and now I see why. This is supposed to be hot wings but where is the rest of the sauce smh

Went to this location last night. They had given my pizza to another customer, didn’t even tell me. I sat there 30 mins before getting my order that was suppose to be ready when I got there. Then the order was wrong. Manager seemed not to care just pushing orders out. Very unprofessional.

The general manager is completely rude. The way their employees talk to customers are completely ridiculous. The general manager wasn’t even there last night but Basically called me a lair. I will not be ordering from them again. I wish I could give them no stars.

My experience with this place was very poor. My wife is a vegetarian and we ordered a large pizza with veg toppings and the pizza we received had pieces of pepperoni hidden under the cheese. For most of you it may not matter but for people who choose a certain dietary style it matters a lot. Needless to say that her entire meal was ruined. I am not sure what level of training goes in to educating associates the importance of choices and how careful they should be while handling food. Just imagine if they mixed up like this with someone who is allergic to animal based proteins making the situation life threatening. I will urge Dominos higher management to take issues like these very seriously and educate the staff and have strict policies around food choices.

Only star because you have to choose one to post, very rude tempered male staff on office park Dr, over charged , no receipt was given or offered , refused to take order at window when we realized our phone was dead,  pizza sat ready but asked to pull forward, when later another realized the pizza had been ready and sitting we were told still have to pay and couldn't recook the pizza and then charged $20.21 for a medium supreme pizza, we ordered large, refused and answers, I called and asked the of a large supreme the manager told with tax $17 and I started to inform the manager on the phone and he hung up the phone,, and didn't call me back so I assume it was intentional. I'm going up there now , if they don't replace my pizza or refund my cash, I may have to go above and beyond and inform my lawyer, disrespectful.
