I ordered from this location Lake Harbour for the first time in over 2 years. I had stopped ordering Pizza Hut Pizza at this location. However, I ordered some two weeks ago and it was great. I couldn’t believe the difference from two years ago. Obviously, there’s someone there that truly cares about the quality of their work.  It was so good, that I ordered again the next week thinking that I would be disappointed. Yet again, it was great!  It looked great, it was cooked well and it also tasted great!  I stopped ordering in the past because it wasn’t done and it just looked like it was thrown together. The two pizzas that I’ve gotten on separate occasions in the past two weeks look like they could have been on a commercial. Keep up the great work on making your pizza. I will continue to order many more as long as you guys stay consistent. The boneless wings could have used a little more sauce. They were barely coated. Other than that, no complaints here.

This was terrible!!! Ordered the Big Dinner Box and this is the foolishness I received. Tried calling and was hung up on multiple times. I do not recommend at all. Waste of time and money!!!!

This location is one of the cleanest pizza huts I have ever seen. I normally hate going inside of food places because I don't like to see if they are dirty, as it will spoil my appetite. However, this place was very clean. I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 because although the app allows you to order curbside for this location, they won't actually honor the curbside option here. Also, the pizza could of been cooked a little longer, but it was still good.

I ordered a medium supreme pizza for delivery. The crust was white and not brown at all. The pizza crust was not baked well. The pizza had almost no cheese and marinara sauce. The pizza was of poor quality and taste. I will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again.

I ordered a medium pan pizza with extra cheese, Italian sausage and pepperoni and my pizza was VERY dry and to top it off, it was not pan! I was very upset when I made it home because I stay in flowood but stopped here on my way home! I will NEVER stop at this location again!

Pizza Hut is my absolute favorite Restaurant. They truly know the meaning of what it means to value their customers,and the food is fresh and hot. I absolutely love pizza hut, my favorite pizza place.

If I could give 0 stars I definitely would..went in for my pizza I ordered online..first time I have ever saw a Pizza Hut that’s “so rachet”..got pizzas sitting on the counter top as the lady making pizzas just sitting all the cooked pizzas on top of each other as she pull them out, then gives me the wrong pizza and i noticed it and gave it back and the young lady at the counter proceeds to go to the counter where all the pizzas are at this point and go through them looking and talking to the pizza maker as she’s going through the pizzas,.this facility definitely NEEDS better management and better customer service!!

This pizza is by far the worst I’ve ever had from Pizza Hut. It was not only thrown around. It was half done. And when it was delivered it was suppose to contactless delivery but the delivery driver knocked on the door and insisted to wait on a response. Then when i tried to call the store and get the survey number the lady who answered the phone sat the phone down and walked away. The worst Pizza Hut.

I always order online. Tonight, my pizza was amazing! It was like it came straight to me from the oven! But this review is mainly for the deliverer. She was the best deliverer I’ve ever encountered. She was professional, punctual, and grateful. She thanked me for her tip I left online. It made me wish I had given more. So whoever delivered order 3220305205221001413033611, deserves an award, certificate, recognition, or a paid day off! I appreciate great customer service. Hers was stellar. Thank you, Ma’am, for making my night with your warmth!

they never want to bring your order out when you do curbside always have to go in and they never answer the phone
