Haven’t been here in years. Tried it out again tonight through delivery. Everything was quick. Our food was fresh out of the oven and in the car. Pizza was 10/10. We got 2 topping medium pizzas with garlic Parmesan sauce, an Italian pasta, and cheesy bread for like $35. Would definitely come back on lazy nights!!! They have definitely stepped up their game since I’ve been here last.
I ordered 3 times online for pick up this month, food was made to order each time. The first time I didn't get the free 2 liter cokes or dipping sauce for my bread bites or cinnamon twists, they did make up for it with my second order though. Staff was friendly and professional each time and always offered to help me carry everything to my car!
For a second time in a row especially when the weather is cold and freezing this store can't get it right. Missing ingredients and miss cut pizza rude manager and hauty too..... Never mind "he cut the pizza" so it couldn't be messed up...... See below. Where's the feta? That's a well cut pizza? Here's the back of 1 of the 1/4 pie slices see a slice mark.? See the last photo of a pizza from the pizza place I work at .... Pizza House on N Penn right above NW 23rd Street....
I called tonight for a delivery to our hotel. The girl answering the phones was ver rude, and unprofessional. Customer service is definitely a zero. I put one star because you have to do atleast that to leave a review. Several times I asked for a manager only to be told there was not one at that store which I find hard to believe that someone thought the cashier answering phones would be capable of doing anything without direct supervision. We will not be back and I will tell everyone I know what terrible customer service we received.
I don't know why people say they don't put enough toppings on the pizza mine was so good full of toppings and their Philly steak sandwich was oh my Gosh Delicious!!!
Ordered 2 pizzas today to feed the homeless in downtown OKC. When we pulled the 1st slice from the pizza, a 4-5 inch black hair hung from it. They no longer wanted to eat this pizza and I don't blame them. I called the store to ask for credit on this one and was told by a manager that all pizzas with hair in them must be returned to the store for credit. They wouldn't even start a replacement pizza until AFTER they inspected the pizza, telling me the owner requires it be returned before they waste anymore resources on a LIAR. I asked if I could send the pictures I took. Declined. I told them it was a 25 mile round-trip that would cost me more in gasoline than the pizza cost. The girl hung up on me. Tho I called back 4 times, she hung up on me without saying a word. She used the caller ID to recognize my phone number. I didn't insult her, nor was I rude, so I didn't understand why she was being so hostile. So, I eventually ordered food from Pizza Hut to be delivered directly to the homeless at their camp while I drove back to Dominos with both pizzas to ask for a refund. They refused to refund my tip. They wouldn't even offer a free pizza for my trouble. One pizza was still whole while the other on had 2 missing slices - the 2 that had the hair on them. I was treated like a con-man trying to get something for nothing. I've been coming to this Dominos location for 16 years. No repeated history of problems with pizza. They just couldn't be bothered and did actually call me a liar! The girl claimed she was also management that refunded my purchase only after taking possession of the pizzas had short, black hair. Just like the one in my pizza. Turns out, she made them, too.
They're okay for the price, won't ever order from them on a holiday. Last time I did, I really wished they would have just declined my order but they burned it to crisp instead as punishment. Would go elsewhere but there is nothing else around my area. This is it for cheap delivery pizza, lucky them unfortunate for me.
My favorite Domino's location they are always courteous ..we are human so mistakes are going to be made don't care about that as long as the customer service is great and they are on top with their customer service.. My orders are normally placed online and they are always ready by the time I get there. This is a very great location keep up the great work highly recommend this Domino's location
Me and my kids traveled a very long way and checked in hotel late. Wanted to order my kids favorite pizza. Order pepperoni and came but taste very spicy so my kids couldn't eat it and one side of the crust was thicker than the pizza itself. I mean what do u think about my slices of my pizza!!
Fresh and hot, it was ready around the time ⏲ they said it would be.
