I order pizza from this place 4/5 times a month and everytime there’s a young guy, with major attitude problems.Today we ordered 3 pizza’s and 1 of them came burned, I called and he picked up the phone with attitude. I addressed my problem to him, he said I get $6 credit and hangs up on me, no sorry, no manners. He claims he’s the manager. Clearly he hasn’t been trained properly . I’m sure you’ll read this big guy. If you don’t like your job so much, go find another one.

Food is unsafe to eat, how is it cold but also burnt and dried out at the same time?? I don’t get it.  Still ate the stuff bc they wouldn’t answer the phone…. Terrible food and customer service along with sickness… I’m good…

I arrived early to pick up the pizza that I ordered and I watched this employee wipe his forehead with his bare hands, touch his face several times open up customer's orders, run orders out to drive up customers. Toss pizza dough and add toppings to unmade and made pizzas and not once did he wash his hands or put gloves on his hands. It made me sick to my stomache that I called and cancelled my order and the same employee answered the phone and rudely hung up on me before I could provide my name. I am warning all to never ever eat from this location.

Dominos has been my all-time favorite pizza place since I can remember, so I took a much deserved visit after so long. The Deluxe and Honolulu pizzas I tried brought back the memories of gluttonous delight. The garlic twists are a great addition as well. The buffalo wings unfortunately are not qualified for praise... too sweet and vinegary for buffalo sauce. Overall, I still love Dominos

My wings were cold, the customer service was horrible the lady who helped me did not have presentation and was rude and the way she talked was unprofesional . Date is December 21 2021 . Addition to that my pizza was not cut at all and I ordered 2 of them . It seems like the employees don’t care at all and with bad management that place went from 5 stars to 1 star .

Orders are always accurate and timely, and the staff are nice.

Placed an order I get a call from dominos saying their driver is out and wont be back for a while So they decided to cancel my order and ill get a refund in 5 days since its the weekend.  When I didnt agreee with him He simply hung up.

Months ago, I had a disappointing experience dealing with a rude employee that most likely was either starting with the company or leaving it, in this location. In one of my responses from business managers, I was invited to go again to discuss about the experience, giving an opportunity to improve. On the 23rd of January, I stopped in my way home and manager Ted was made aware of the situation. He looked into it and as a family we ended up ordering dinner from them. My wife purchased a great tasting pizza and she was treated in a really professional manner. Nowadays, pizza has many different styles, and although great pizza is quite common in Chicagoland, customer service makes the difference.

Very rude! I went here to order a pizza and THE MANAGER told me it would be 50 minutes to get a pizza ,so I said can I get a couple of garlic butters, and he replied how many do you want, and I asked his name and he wouldn't tell me, so I said you guys must be under a lot of stress and he told me I don't have to eat there

Asked for side of extra pizza sauce NOT the prepackaged marinara...got the marinara instead.  Called to ask what happened,  was told we'd still be charged because the marinara was still delivered.  Why should i be charged for something i never wanted in the first place? Yeah , great customer service.
