I switched to Domino’s because Papa Johns kept on making my well-done pizza not right. Dominos does it just how I like it. Crispy, fully cooked, and with the ingredients I like. Today, 11/19 at 10pm, I came to pick up my order, and it was not done right. However, they owned it, and they apologized. So I respect that. They remade my two pizzas and even gave me free stuff too. Stuff happens folks; let’s be kind to one another and recognize that we all make mistakes. Thank you, Domino’s folks.
They have stepped up their game big time. I used to think the crust was too buttery etc , family always loved it. BUT changed my mind most recently!!! I love the chicken alfredo, actually all the pastas are delicious. The NY style pizza is way too good!!!! The sandwiches are really hard to choose from. All the bread selections are so good too. Super fast and friendly delivery. I now love it here!!!
Had a pizza delivered by the driver with the gray Toyota SUV and asked for it to be left on the porch because I am disabled and it takes me longer than usual to get down the stairs. Had the driver actually rang my Ring doorbell instead of just looking at it, I would have told him to look under the door mat and take his $10 tip. Three stars for looking at it, raising his arm, getting his finger ready, and at least THINKING about pushing the button. I donated the $10 bucks to building The Wall on Domino Elgin's behalf. Making Elgin better $10 bucks at a time!
Highly recommend had my pizza delivered nicely and the guy who delivered was very polite I asked for his name just to give him a review : shout out to *MARCELINO* keep up the good work
Greatest customer service of any pizza joint in the area. Food is consistent and the staff there is … I dunno if it’s in the water of the manager is just friggin amazing, but everyone’s pleasant, seems to care about their job and I always leave there happier than when I walked in. Props to the super affable manager. Marked contrast to the other chain pizza joints in town with a small Roman theme where almost everyone is at best apathetic and at worst teetering on throwing their hat on the ground and storming out if they’re even open posted hours due to staff calling out.
I might've been unlucky but lately the food hasn't had the same quality it once had. From skimping out on ingredients and ending up with 2 - 3 ingredients per slice, to having it be overcooked and the bottom of the pizza being burnt. Again, maybe I was just unlucky. In my opinion, Domino's still has the best pizza and I will keep ordering, but I don't like the decline in quality.
Where is the sauce?!?? this is the 5th time i order online and there is barely any alfredo sauce!!! im done ordering from here! i only get lunch at work once!! and for me to have my food like this! soo not cool!
Did pick up on New Year's eve. It was extremely busy and I had to wait a while not their fault, just a crazy amount of orders but the staff was friendly
So I was waiting for my food the phone was ringing the entire time and there was 5 employees there and no one answered the phone. It was as if the phone was not literally ringing. I tried calling in and now I see what the issue it. Not cool
Over 2 hours and still haven't received my order that I already paid for and when you call the store nobody picks up I'm reporting this issue!!!
