Worst pizza experience ever. If I could give 0 stars, I would! Horrible, HORRIBLE customer service. The pizza I was given it was a joke. It had little to no cheese on it and I ordered it EXTRA CHEESE Are you in the mood to get your hard-earn money robbed? GO THERE! But if you appreciate good service and good quality, stay away from this location.
Lodging 1.5 miles away 6 min drive they told me they delivered, placed an order at 8:20 pm for my family. They said it would be 35 min…called a 9:20 to follow up no answer…called again at 10:00PM NO ANSWER!!! My family is patiently waiting NO ANSWER, no explanation…dominos needs to pull this franchise. Unacceptable service…
Wow. Ordered pizza for my kid an hour ago. It was delivered promptly but with frozen dough. I called and have been on hold since. :
Unfortunately we had a horrible experience with Dominos yesterday. tried to order pizza multiple times throughout the day online and over the phone and didn't receive our order. Went to the store and they said they never received it, however, they conveniently charged our card multiple times. Disappointing experience online, over the phone and in the store.
Had a pizza delivered, BURNT ! Told the delivery girl, she than replied call the store I cant take it back. Called the store twice spoke with Liza the manager. Who has the odasity to say after i said the last yime i ordered pizza from there its was burnt also, she replied and i quote " if you ordered food and had bad service, why you coming back here ? " i than replied ok your general manager is gonna here about this. And here is the begining and ending of bad service from this Dominos. Amd here's the info for the General manager if anyone else needs it
Manager Sandra was very rude, she called me asking if I had ordered and blame me for putting the wrong address by mistake. She then said “it’s your fault” then hung up mind you the driver spoke no English and we never received our food. We was standing outside the whole time.
This location always have issues. Last time I placed the order, I received an e-mail estimating 90 minutes until I received the order. There was no option online to cancel my order, and I kept calling the location but they never answer. So I had no choice but to go in person while I was still on hold, and no one was answering calls. When I got there , they said the pizza was already made, but they couldn’t just refund me the deliver fee. They refunded the whole order, which would not be available for like 2-3 days, and charged me the whole order again. Now I decided to give them a second chance, and one hours after placing the order, I still haven’t received my pizza. They don’t answer the phone, this customer service is a joke. Just get Pizza Hut or support a local business.
Terrible service. Ordered around 10:20pm and my order went through, credit card was charged any everything. Store closes at 11pm. I get there and they say they canceled the order... no phone call, no notification, no email, nothing. And for the young lady "manager" to say they canceled it because they "closed early".. c'mon very unprofessional. I was nice and cordial yet they offer no compensation or anything.. She should be fired. Very unprofessional to just close early all of a sudden and not notify customers. 0 stars
I absolutely love this Domino's. It's the best one I've ever been to. I order lunch here at least 1x week for carryout I live across the street and work a high-stress job from home. The order is perfect every time. 100% of the time, I have lunch to pick up within 15 minutes after I place my order. The staff is always kind and hardworking. This domino's is literally the only reason I eat during my busy work days. Use their coupons for affordable gluten free pizza! It's affordable and stress free. Best lunch option, so thankful for this place and everyone who works there!
***** Updated Sunday, May 29th, 2022 ***** As a Domino's customer since the 80's, I have experienced through out the years, service that ranges from Extremely Good, Excellent and Satisfactory , to Very Poor, Diminishing and Careles and rude... Earlier today, Manager Sandra was being very stingy about the 6 little packets of crushed red pepper I asked for, telling the other employee but ensuring that I could hear her, to keep it at 1 packet per pizza??? I like pouring 2 to 3 packets per pizza, however, I had to give back the extra 3 little packets to avoid issues for the other employee. That's a very petty minded way of running a place if you ask me. Due to Sandra's Petty behavior today, she ruined all the other good impressions I had from past experiences with her. Sandra lacks consistency. Why make me feel bad for wanting to enjoy my pizzas extra spicy??? I hope Sandra is professional enough to treat me as the excellent customer I am the next time I visit this Domino's, and that she is able to take my honest feedback as the manager she is. But on a Positive Note, this Domino's still gets 5 Stars from me because of a wonderful and kind emoyee named Victoria, and I hope Victoria gets the recognition she deserves. I am very glad that employees like Victoria, make all the difference in The World when it comes to making people feel valued as customers. Victoria helped me in a way, to just being able to ignore the bad taste her manager left on me today, just by being the Awesome Human Being that she is. Victoria is very polite and professional. Victoria always makes me feel as a valued customer, and she is very kind at the way she speaks to and treats people. That's what Great Education is all about, in my opinion. Thank you for your Awesome Customer Service Victoria , if it wasn't for you, I would take my business to another Domino's, as I have done many times in the past. It's just this Domino's is convenient for me due to its location. 5 out of 5 Stars for Victoria as usual !!! Thank you kindly, God Bless you !!! Sincerely, Jose Miguel Argibay
