Ordered heart shaped pizzas for the kiddos on Valentine’s Day. Delivery took a little longer than they estimated but that’s to be expected right now with the driver shortage and traffic. The pizza was exactly what I ordered and very delicious. The driver was friendly and found my apartment with no issues. Will order again.

Please be aware of Pizza Hut at 6625 S Dixie Hwy, Miami, Fl.  I placed an order on August 13th to feed my children and family; according to the hotel's front desk, a pizza hut delivery man did show up; however, I never received my order. After calling pizza hut 14 times and allowing the phone to ring until it automatically hung up, they finally answered on the 15th call. The person that answered the phone was rude and insulting and told me it was my fault. I should've been looking for the delivery man who left it outside “the door.” I then asked for a manager, and she was just as rude. Eventually, she told me I would have to wait because she got other orders who paid for their food. If my young kids were not hungry, I would've just asked for a refund; the manager told me at 6:15 pm it would be an hour before I received my food. Let's say I never received my refund or my food; I called PizzaHut 28 timesletting the phone ring until it hung up the line, and they no longer answered the phone the entire night. Thankfully Domino's Pizza was still open in this area at 10:55 pm, and I was able to ensure my kids were fed.  Since then, I have called and emailed corporate on three different occasions, and nothing has been done to rectify the situation. Please be careful because if they did it to me, they're doing it to others .

I love Pizza Hut's The Edge thin crust.  It's just perfect for me and my family.  I exchange the tomatoes for mushroom, and we get our veggies and protein with much less carbs.  PERFECT. Please make this a permanent menu option.

Pizza Hut is so much Better than Dominos Pizza near UM. Domimos is the worst place ever. Pizza Hut was on time, the driver was super nice and the food was perfect. I recomend Pizza Hut 100%

Horrible! I was lied to. Was told the pizza was being picked up at that moment which was 745 by the lady that delivers the pizza. I called back 25 minutes later and they told me the pizza was delivered at 745. Omar? Oscar? Don’t remember his name but was extremely rude. Did not help us at all. Instead put us on hold and I guess thought he muted us but didn’t and I heard everything disrespectful word that came out of his mouth. I will never order from here again and I wish I would have read the reviews beforehand. If I could give 0 stars I would.

The order took over an hour and a half to get to me and when it did it was not the correct order. I was very upset but they made it up to me sending me the correct order and also giving me a discount. So it was the final attention i thought was the correct. Apart from that the pizza is delicious no complains on that part.

Update.. They did it again!!!!! Ordered pizza and it didn't arrive.. Had to go to the store to pick it up!!!! Horrible..i don't recommend it!  Pizza never arrived! called and said it would take 2 hours. Was told that the delivery was with door dash. never arrived. Will not order again!!!!! kids left without pizza and huge disappointment.

Order for delivery and get the wrong order, when i called to let them know i was told to call corporate headquarters. There was no help to fix there mistake. I will never order from them again.

1- Supreme Pizza anywhere Brings Pepperoni, Sausage & veggies? Here Pepperoni is Xtra?,2- Not cooked enough cheese wasn't even melted? 3-1hr & 15 minutes and I live 3blocks away ? 4-4.95 fee? 5- New Detroit Pizza . I may order in 5 years again I knew the commercial was to good to be true!

I love pizza hut but do not order from this location . Our delivery driver blonde lady forgot TWO of our items and had to.come back twice. Super annoying when you're super hungry.  I'd rather walk to a further location than get delivery from here again  Edit: finally got our entire order at 9:21 after ordering at 8:12. She refused to come up and deliver to my door this time and made me walk on the opposite of my apartment building and walk up and down 3 floors without elevators. What is the point of ordering delivery and paying a delivery fee if I had to get my own order?
