Me and my friends ordered a pizza and they never showed up. We then called the store to figure out where the pizza was(it had been around 45 minutes), but the person on the phone just kept saying, "ummmm I don't know what to do." After the call we drove down there to pick it up ourselves. When we arrived the employees said that they couldn't give us the pizza because it had been too long. Absolutely horrible customer service which has been pretty typical of this location. I am no longer a customer.

Ordered delivery, it took FOREVER. We didn't start watching the live tracker until our wait time went well beyond what our confirmation email estimated. From what the tracker indicated, our order was ready within 10 minutes and waiting under a heat lamp for 40 minutes. Like others, they said it was on its way for delivery, when in reality it was still at the store. It didn't arrive until another half hour later, even though we live within a couple miles and 10 minutes drive of the store. To top it off, our food was cold when it arrived. Manager, please hire the proper crew for a busy Saturday night. As a leader, you can't prepare your soldiers for battle if you don't provide them with the right support and resources.

Do not say that the pizza has been delivered when it hasn't even left the store yet. This is not the first time this has happened with the domino's tracker. I don't care if you are on a time limit, do not say that it is out for delivery when it is not. Do not say that it has been delivered when it hasn't left the store yet. Unacceptable. If the time limit is a problem then give them more time to deliver the pizza, especially if you are busy. Have an estimated time instead of "guaranteeing the delivery being within 30 minutes".

We just moved from Santa Clara Ca. (The heart of Silicon Valley, where everything is vastly more expensive) to San Diego. We have our "easy order" saved and always order the same thing. I was shocked that when I switched the order from the our swanky Santa Clara address to the new Mira Mesa - San Diego home, the exact same two gluten free pizzas were now $9/$11 more each. What gives? The cost of living and pay in San Diego are much less then our Santa Clara home or my Palo Alto office. These yahoos think it's ok to charge 37% more then Palo Alto or Santa Clara?! I don't know what is going on, but I feel ripped off and cheated. A $13/$16 dollar 10" pizza going up to $22/$27 is not cool unless there is a real reason to charge 37% more.
