I received an email notifying me of an order I never placed using my reward points at this store half way across the country from me. I called to request that the order be canceled and was told they would not before being hung up on. I called back and was left on hold for 10 minutes before deciding to call back. Hung up on me again so I called back again. This time I got cussed out for disrespecting them. Once I said someone got into my account because it had been using an old password I think they said they'd cancel it and told me never to call them again. At this point I'm not holding out much hope for the reward points I had been saving up. Should I ever find myself in Port Chester NY I'll be avoiding this location like the plague.

Do not order from this store. Ever. You will waste your time and money. After a long day in the lab, I was really craving pizza. I ordered at 11:50pm. The order supposedly left the store at 12:14am. It is now 1:28 am. I have swim practice at 6:30 am. If I go to sleep, it might miss my delivery. I tried to call the store, but no one picked up. This is horrible. Do not order from this store.

Ordered from the Domino's app and it gave an estimate of 25 - 30 min. Called at the 50 min mark because the app reported as delivered, but was not really delivered. Was told to hold as soon as the phone was answered and placed on the counter listening to other patrons in the store. After about 4 minutes, of no one coming back to the phone, I hung up to answer my other line. The delivery guy was here, but didn't want to leave his car saying there was no parking if I could come out. Btw there was in fact plenty of parking and we have a driveway delivery cars always pull into that was empty. After asking him to please come to the door, he said he was in a rush and had other deliveries. I reminded him I ordered delivery, and would like it fully delivered and he cursed under his breath. Decided to go as he called me twice more on my way down because he was in a rush. I accepted the pizza, signed the receipt not leaving a tip, and left a note regarding how late it was and he did not bring it to the door like any other delivery has in the past, including Domino's. This annoyed him more since he had other deliveries. The pizza was cold. Called the store to speak to the manager and he made excuses for the driver saying that he is not allowed to come to the door, all customers meet at the car. I corrected him from MY experience and that I've not seen a Dominos food truck in this area ever. He also said their times are usually about an hour which they tell people when they call, but it cannot be reflected in the app. This only goes to show they must falsely say on their side the order has been delivered on a regular basis, I'm sure I'm not the only one, especially from the reviews. I will never order or step foot in this Dominos. Anyone who has a positive review is likely a relative or friend. Also called back after writing this review and spoke to the manager who sounded different this time since apparently the first person I spoke to wasn't really a manager. The guy who answered the phone gave it to another coworker probably so they could cover for each other. Advice, if you call just ask for the manager and don't say why you are calling.

I place a order over a he ago and it said it left the store at 526pm and its now 722pm still not delivered.... I'm at the manhattenville college this down right uncalled for and I had to call 2 times already the can't barley speak English and keep telling me 5 min it'll be here well its not...... Please dont order from the place inhave better like in PA I het my order delivered with in 20 mins after leaving the store

I ordered my food at 6:30 and it took him an hour to get to my place. I literally live 10 minutes away from a Dominos. I could have walked there, picked up the order and walked back in less than half the time it took the guy to get to my place. WORST PIZZA JOINT EVER. INFINITE THUMBS DOWN, FROWNY FACES AND MIDDLE FINGERS.☹🖓🖕
