I am not one to write reviews, largely because I like to give the benefit of the doubt to most stores.

However, my experience at this Domino's was so atrocious that I HAVE to write a review.

The Domino's app notified me that my order was ready to be picked up, and the store tracker suggested as well. The young gentleman told me otherwise, which I had no problem waiting. That short wait turned into a long wait, only to find out that my order wasn't even made. $8.65 in refund is nowhere near the satisfaction I wanted after waiting an hour.

I never wish any bad to others, and I continue to stand by that. For the sake of the store, I do wish the customer service improves at its current state because I hope this does not happen to anyone else.

I always order from this location the service has always been great. Please keep up the good work!

Update: Not happy with current delivery time the customer service guy was ok so ill only take it down to a 4 star. Ordered at 9:48 i know on a friday but its 10:43 and no pizza or update on tracker.

If I could've given 0 stars I would have, I've never had to wait 4 1/2 hours for a pizza. I ordered at 7:12 online when it got to 9:50 I called the place to check status(because the tracker is full of it) I was put on hold THREE times 20-30 minutes a piece just to be told my pizza was ready just waiting on delivery. It is now 11:53 my child ate a sandwich & went to bed and they have the nerve to say my pizza still ready still waiting on someone to deliver it!! I canceled my order and will never do this again no matter what promotion they have going on. Worst customer service since Wal-Mart off wheatland! How has my pizza been ready since 8:18 but sitting at restaurant for 4 plus hours waiting on delivery?! If I had transportation I STILL wouldn't order here.

Food is always correct and delicious. Delivery drivers are friendly and courteous. The delivery time always feels longer than it should be but we live in a complicated neighborhood and people frequently get lost. I actually tip the driver a little bit more because of that!
