Shortage of waitress..not to mention food was not prepared as requested. Ordered sweet mashed potatoes got sweet potato fries which aren't even on the menu. Workers are handling money then handling food.  Then a worker who wasn't even a waitress had the nerve to ask if we would give a tip. Waitress was very nice but I will not be returning to this location.

Ghetto Applebee's is Great!! It's darn near a club at happy hour! The music is great and loud! Their food is really good too and their staff is cool and great! Some people may get too drunk and get into it tho! Exciting drama! Gotta Love it!!

A group  of us went to lunch and had the best waitress. She was amazing considering we could not make up our minds about anything.  She was very patient  and kind.  She made our meal very enjoyable.  Thanks JoJo!

Service was horrible. They got our order wrong ,we were there for over 1hr before we got our food at 430pm on a Monday! Then was charged 4$ for a dollarita because they ran out of glasses ! Took each of our meals to the wrong table ended up having to get the manager to assist us and that never really solved the problem. Watched someone come in sit down and get a free meal and left before we even got our meal let alone our appetizer. But the meal and drink was decent which is why I'm so generous on the 2 stars. Not a very nice establishment.

My server was nowhere to be found most of the time. Also, she seemed upset every time some new customers were sat in her section. I've worked as a server and the service was unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location. Rather drive further for adequate service. Hosts were nice though
