Normally, I'd give this store a 5/5 but on this day, which it opens at 10:45AM - 2:00AM I called it at 12:00 and waited for 53 minutes for an answer. Usually, this store would come in clutch. I'm going to call a different store when I need something quick at night, one that seems more reliable. No hate to the normal Dominos though! I guess the worker was just getting pranked too many times.

I ordered from this location last night & had a few issues with my order. I woke up this morning and decided to call to inform the manager of my disappointing experience. I spoke with Willington (I hope I got your name right) & he's awesome! He brought my what would have been a 2star review up to a 5 with his excellent customer service. Mistakes happen & I completely understand that. I was offered a whole new order at my convenience!! This is above & beyond anything I expected. I greatly appreciate it & think this location is supreme due to incredible customer service & management. Thank you!! I highly recommend!

Only place open late in Wayne where you can get 2400 calories of warm matter for under eight dollars. FIVE STARS!!!

I have ordered Dominos all over the country online, never had a bad experience until I ordered from the Wayne NJ store.  The driver left the store with my order at 9:22 pm tonight, its now 9:54 and he is yet to arrive.  I live 2 miles from the store.  I called them to ask if he was okay, and they informed me he left with 3 deliveries and I was probably just the last one.  Lucky me, pizza and wings tastes great soggy.  The person who answered the phone even laughed at me while saying sorry.  Offered me a sorry card for "like a free cinnamon sticks or something".  Sorry Domino's, first aweful performance since you remade yourselves and you lost a customer for life because of it.

I use this place only when having people over and we have a need for late night stuff delivered. 2 times my food has not been delivered at all and I've had to place a call only for it to be delivered 45 minutes after that since they somehow lost the order or forgot it. Multiple other times I've gotten a 15-25 minute estimate only to have the food arrive a full 75-90 minutes later. Utter incompetence -- I feel bad for their delivery drivers because they probably get stiffed on tips all the time thanks to the staff mucking things up in the kitchen (or whatever's going on over there).

Avoid like the plague.
