Horrible and bad experience. Everything started with waiting time to be called to the table. They buzzed us within 10 minutes of arrival and then made us wait additional 40 minutes because they mixed the order list. Then when we the waiter took the order we waited more than 1 hour for food to arrive. Per management our order was mixed and was never submitted to the chef. When the issue was discovered we still had to wait additional 20 minutes until they sort out their internal mess. We received complimentary 2 sample appetizers but the bill was not discounted for all the trouble or long wait time with the meal. I don't plan to return to this place again because they are very disorganized and didn't recognize their poor planning and we had to pay full price for a poor service. Not good 👎👎

We came into Cheesecake Factory no later than 7:15pm. It is 9:20pm. We were not seated. We were told an hour and a half wait to be seated at most. We waited beyond that time for one table to get up for us to be seated. We asked if they could accommodate us in another way and the manager assured us they could not. Multiple people were seated before us. I overheard the manager tell another person that we told the seater that we were going to go walk around the mall while we waited. My father and mother walked for 15 minutes and then came back. The rest of us stayed waiting. We were a party of 11. We came for my sisters birthday. We asked multiple times if tables could be moved together and were told they could not. A whole night of celebration was wasted on waiting on one group of people to leave. Keep in mind the people we were waiting for finished their food one hour prior to us leaving, we know because we walked past several times. I understand it would be rude to ask a family to leave; however it was not 30 minutes after they finished eating it was an hour, and 30 minutes passed since they payed their bill. I don't understand what was done to go above and beyond for us. First time visiting this place and I'm left with a very bad taste in my mouth.

I just wanted to share the horrible dinner experience I encountered and the insulting resolution from management at this location. While eating dinner with my family, I found an elastic band in my California Guacamole Salad. I informed the waiter, at which time he informed his manager. The manager approached our table, apologized and asked if I wanted a new salad. I refused the offer and informed the manager that I was not going to pay for the salad. The manager apologized again and walked away. The regional manager was at the location and approached our table and apologized as well. He asked if if he could make it up to me by offering me a piece of cheesecake!!! How insulting a piece of cheesecake are you kidding me!!! Forget the fact that their was an elastic band in my food that could have resulted in me getting sick, but I was offered a piece of cheesecake, great customer service.

Over priced! If you have food allergies GOOD LUCK! WAIT TIME TO SIT IS AROUND FORTY-FIVE MINUTES UP TO AN HOUR! AFTER THAT EXTRA HOURS AT YOUR TABLE WITH LEAVING OF FOOD AN RUNNING AWAY WAITERS. Your drink will run out before you will be able to finish your meal an basically be chocking since you have to "catch" waiters! POORLY LIT FOR OLDER CUSTOMERS WHOM WEAR GLASSES TO READ! NO RECCOMEND! Save your money, time an effort! Service is garbage!

Had a great Lunch w/ my husband on a Tuesday...was pretty quiet when we 1st walked in, but, got busy later. My husband had a Burger & fries, which he made disappear, & I had my Favorite, Thai Lettuce Wraps, a bit messy, but well worth it! It's listed as an app, but I had it 4 my meal, even Big enough to Share. Shout Out to Sarah A., our Friendly Server, who even brought Me warm, cloth napkins to use 4 cleanup! Of course, we ended our lunch w/Famous Cheesecake! YUM on all counts!! 😋
