Ordered a pizza at about 4:30 on 9 NOV.  It did not arrive until 7pm.  Driver apologized and said he would get me store credit for my next order.  Next time I called, they had no record of the late delivery, my store credit or the three phone calls I made wondering where my pizza was.  The manager called me back though and gave me credit.  So I will use them again.

Hit and miss, sometimes you have a great experience and sometimes its horrible! I imagine they stay super busy because the base is right there.

The worst they. Handheld me way to much and my suave swernt even there I called ahead of time to make sure that wasn't burned and the sauce were in there and then when the food shows up it's burnt AND NO SAUCES I PAYED EXTRA FOR!! Then ther hung up on me I'm pissed I need to talk to someone

My online order would not go through after several tries. There was a 50% off special when I tried to order online. I called this location to order the pizzas to pick up from the store and mentioned that I had a lot of trouble trying to order online. The woman I spoke to said, "Oh, I guess the website is down again." I placed my order by phone and told her that I had a 50% off offer, but she said, "That's only available online." I reminded her that I had tried to order online and their system was down. She would not honor the discount even when I told her to cancel my order. **I ordered from Marco's - cheaper and much better pizza!!!
