Been there about 3-4 times, food is good if you don't mind the wait and the unprofessional workers. I called in to reduce my wait time unfortunately this still did not help with my customer service. I was told it would be 15min before my food was ready, I got there in about 20, doors was locked and food was sitting on counter and I was told there was nothing that they could do because they were closed. I thinking someone felt they could take the food home instead of letting me know they were about to close before I drove out there. Where is our customer service going to????? Or is it already gone????

I expect my brand ambassador discount next time I come in. Wings and fries are great!
