We live in west Odessa and order from this place about once a month. Most of the time, we receive our order well under an hour and it is still warm & tasty. Nearly always the order is correct. We have not had any terrible mistakes and the drivers are courteous. I think they do a good job for this area considering how hard it is to get good workers here in fast food (because there are many better paying jobs). Your best bet is to order online whether you are getting delivery or take out. Takes forever to get through by phone. Do check your order! My 4 star rating is based on the area and what is available here for delivery. This is it for pizza so thankfully we have mostly hits, very few misses.

Absolutely loved my Philly cheese bread sandwich.  The three slivers of meat were the perfect accompaniment.

Guy answers the phone and says what do you want ? Clearly I want my pizza man, absolutely rude will no longer order from here

We had to call an hour later to find out they would take two hours to deliver. We went ahead and picked it up ourselves. Not to mention the pizza was partially burnt. I will take my business elsewhere. It’s a shame since we don’t have a lot of choices in West Odessa. (Make sure you specifically ask how long it will take to get you order delivered.)

Called and was placed on hold for more then 10 mins. Called once again, and was told to hold again for another 5 mins. Lady took my order, and said it would be 15-20 mins for it to be ready. I got there 40 mins later, and paid for my order, and once I paid, I was told I would have to wait 30 mins because my 3 pizzas were not even in the oven. They say they were short staffed, but yet there were more then 10 ppl behind the counter...
