This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. We've ordered from here twice. The first time, our delivery window was 30-45 minutes, which is a reasonable time to wait for your pizza. After an hour and a half we called asking where our pizza was and were told it would be an additional 2 hour wait unless we came and picked it up ourselves. I went to go pick up our pizza and I had to wait an additional half hour in the store because they lost our order. The people working there didn't care at all, my pizza was cold when they finally found it and got it to me. I still got charged the delivery fee. We decided to give it another shot recently, because one bad day doesn't make a business. We were once again given a delivery window of 30-45 minutes. Our pizza took 2 hours to get here, was wrong, cold and unsliced. We filed a complaint because apparently this location doesn't care about its customers. We have heard nothing back, no call, no email, nothing. Don't spend your money here, they need to close this location down because the food sucks and the customer service is appalling at best. There's another pizza hut not even a half mile away that knows how to do it right.

Wow. Incompetent and lazy. Don't bother calling they won't answer. Had to spam them with calls. Snotty ghetto sounding chick and she had to call me back from her cell phone to take my order. I was obviously inconveniencing her. So I just hung up. Such a common thing in this area. Everybody is allergic to work. Anybody who isn't is in the oilfield making money not working at pizza hut. I work 14 hour days and can't even get a Damn pizza.

I would give it more today, but the order took much longer than normal, and when I did arrive at the store, I received a overcooked order, that wasn't even correct. It was corrected, but this is the first out of 5 orders, so I will still give them my business.

If you want to wait about 2 hours for your delivery order and not be able to speak to anyone when calling the store then this is your place! I called the store several times and was placed on hold and never got to speak to anyone, all while waiting on my order for almost 2 hours. I couldn't even complain because I couldn't speak to anyone. Literally the worst place to order pizza from!

Order twice giving them the benefit of the doubt. Very disappointed. I don’t know who keeps loosing orders and is hanging up on you. Rude!
