I typically have an amenable experience at this location. However, tonight I must say that the experience was substandard. Upon entering the store, I was greeted with complaints from the servers that they were short staffed and it would be "a while" for my order. I paid and took a seat. My order showed ready in 6 minutes on the display board, but thought it couldn't be correct since the server said they were behind. Nonetheless, I expected to be notified when my pizza was ready. Another customer entered the store and immediately received his order. I looked at the monitor and it displayed my order was ready, so I proceeded to the counter. I was standing at the counter and the staff behind the counter were restocking boxes. No problem, I thought, he will surely come assist me. Another minute or so and another customer entered. The clerk behind the counter immediately turned to greet the new customer, completing ignoring me. I quickly asked the clerk if he could check my order. Well, he found it and fumbled for a few more long moments trying to find the entire order. Once he found it, he proceeded to look for my receipt, which I had already paid. I told the clerk this and was left to leave with my now, cooling pizza. By the time I made the 15 minute drive home, the pizzas (4 of them) were almost cold. I must say, that with this service and the way I saw what appeared to be the manager, running the store and talking to the other employees, I will be going to a different location - even if it is slightly further away.

Disgusted. Ordered a medium pan pizza with mushrooms, pepperoni and anchovies. They didn't have anchovies, there were only 10 pieces of pepperoni on the entire pizza, a very very light sprinkling of mushrooms, hardly any sauce or cheese...two slices didn't have any pepperoni or mushrooms on them. The pizza was mostly cooked, dry bread. For the prices you charge, I expected a much better pizza. I would recommend that customers open the box and look at their pizza before leaving the place.

They’re awesome here. I’ve never had a wrong order before and they always come pretty quick considering I live about 10-15 minutes from the store.

Good pizza and delivery, just avoid pan pizzas! We got the special for 2 pan pizzas and the crust was very undercooked. We spoke to the manager and they explained it was hard to bake a thick crust if you get extra toppings.

Our orders are always correct, delivery people are always friendly, and the food is always good and hot! :)
