If I could give this place zero stars I would. I placed an order 45 mins before they closed and asked if I could pick up my order, however the order taker told me it was delivery only which was fine. I ordered 1 large 3 topping pizza who h they said would take an hour and 15 mins to an hour and 30 mins just for the pizza. I said it was fine even though it was not due to my husband and I early morning schedule. After the 1.5hour passed by i called and asked what was the update on my order and the guy told me the driver is in route. 40 mins go by and I call again at this time its damn near 12:45 so I receive no answer. Standing us up was a complete bad look. We will not be ordering here again and will definitely take further action.

But what most of y'all ppl who's on here complaining about the service should understand its a Pizza restaurant and like most "pizza restaurants", we do everything as possible to serve our customers. "Delivery guy wouldn't take my $100 bill, I waited over an hour for my food to arrive, the service sucks, blah, blah, blah. Never mind the fact that our drivers have to sometimes drive through hellish storms and weather just to deliver to y'all ungrateful ppl and NO drivers do NOT accept bills over $20 due to a safety precaution. If they were to get robbed or car jacked on the way back to the store, unfortunately it would be their fault and they would get fired. Yall gotta look at what we got through sometimes as well, its not just about y'all.

I will not longer be Using PAPA JOHNS!!! I placed my order online when I arrived they said they didn't even have my order ready so if course I had to wait making me late for a gathering I had to attend with the pizza. I didn't even check my order before i left. When i finally checked my pizza it looked like the order was so rushed!!  Where is the customer service at ? You wouldn't serve your family a meal that looked a hot mess!!! It will only be dominos in my house from now on!!!

Great service. Pizza is always hot! I usually do carry out since I'm 4 mins away. But yesterday I ordered and got back to the office and notice two of my sauce cups had popped open. Not sure if it's from the heat or if I carried it wrong.

Place stinks,ordered 40.00 dollars worth of food,took a hour for delivery, than tried to pay with cash but driver wouldn't take a 100 dollar bill,tried to take my money and bring back change though,,,,,hmmmm
