Absolutely horrible service. They put me on hold for over 10 minutes 2 different times. Are very very rude horrible customer service. The employees  need to be trained better on customer care. A fast paced business is understandable but horrible service is not acceptable

This is the worst Domino’s!! Do NOT order from here especially if you’re having them deliver!! I travel all over the country and I am a frequent customer of Domino’s. I order on the app  and they may get a small thing wrong here or there (a missing dipping cup or something) but they always correct it with no problem and they’re very nice. NOT AT THIS PLACE!!! I ordered my usually order over the app and it started that it was going to take 29-39 minutes. Okay. After an hour, I still hadn’t received anything...I even watched the tracker on the app. Now I understand that thing isn’t always implement accurate but come on. After an hour, I called an there was no answer...I waited another 10 minutes and called again. I was greeted by a young women (not sure of her name because all she said was “thank you for choosing dominos”...no biggie). I explained that when I placed my order, I was told 29-39 minutes and that it was now over an hour since I ordered. I also explained that according to the tracker, “Susan left the store with my order at 8:48pm” and then when I refreshed the tracker, “Ernest left the store with my order at 9:01pm”...so yeah, obviously the tracker is fake. So anyway, I explain all of this to her and she says “Delivery is an hour and a half”. I asked why and all she said was “delivery is an hour and a half”...like that’s all she could say. Now it’s been ALMOST an hour and a half and I still have nothing and my family and I are starving. I’ll gladly go somewhere else next time to avoid this place at all costs.

UPDATE: We FINALLY got our order and it was wrong!! They forgot a dipping sauce and EVERYTHING WAS COLD!!! THIS PLACE IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST AND IM CALLING HEADQUARTERS TOMORROW!!

The customer service at this location is excellent! We've had our order wrong a couple times, but they always make it right. More often than not, our food is perfect!

Freaking bomb ahh pizza honestly it goes hard I usually order in their app and it takes around 20min for the pizza to get here, best pizza ever don't @ me
