I would give zero stars if I could. My thoughtful deployed husband tried to send me flowers for our anniversary. Put the order in 2 weeks in advanced and was told they would have them delivered on the 27th. They didn't. They then told him they would be delivered on the following Monday. They again didn't. If you are going to guarantee something to a customer you need to follow through. Terrible business practice.

What was sent to a loved ones funeral was nothing like what I ordered.When I called them, the owner was rude. He FINNALY agreed to look at what I ordered after two phone calls and offered to add flowers or replace it.  Won't go back.  Have warned my family and friends not to use him.   Don't expect any customer service from this florist.
