Very disappointed in lack of customer service and there is no answering machine to leave followup information on. Definitely not interested in using them as a provider any more.

I have ordered 2 x and was very happy both times.  If they don't have what you want they will go and get what you want.  Other florist in Joplin were not that accommodating.

I have purchased from here previously and always been satisfied. My latest purchase however, I was not pleased. I requested for a same day bouquet that was a second tier. When it arrived there were less than 12 flowers in it and it didn't contain all the flowers as described online. when I called the store to discuss options, the first person I spoke to hung up on me mid sentence. I called back and was told that the owner would return my call. By the time the owner called me, it was too late for me to make arrangements for them to fix the bouquet. I am disappointed in the lack of customer service but importantly the lack of detail. I want to know that the bouquet will be beautiful and is arranged so that the flowers look appealing. The latest bouquet fell short and I can not believe the owner let something so badly arranged leave the shop.

DESPITE MY BEING A HUGE PAIN, THE WILD FLOWER DELIVERED BEAUTIFUL, ABSOLUTELY AMAZING FLOWERS AGAIN! LOVE THEM! BETTER FLOWERS AT A BETTER PRICE.
