I was searching on the internet for a florist near the family to send memorial flowers ,when I came across Don Evans florist. Since I'm not a big fan of traditional memorial flowers ,I had ask them for a tropical theme arrangement for our dear friends.I ordered entirely online from the help of their extensive photo collection of work.  Their immediate response to my request online was to call me personally to explain, due to the recent hurricane's in the south, the bird of paradise flower was difficult to get. They even gave me choices of where I might find it if I really needed to get it. I consider that great customer service. Because of that , I trusted them to create a similar themed arrangement , and I was not disappointed. The flowers were delivered on time and were beautifully arranged with a tropical theme. Our friends loved them and I am a very satisfied customer!

Great customer service. I place orders with Don Evans Florist frequently. Their website is really easy to use and they have a great selection available. If ever there's a question about the order, they always call me right away. I've never experienced any issues with them and only have positive things to say!

Customer service was spectacular.  Received a call asking if it would be alright to substitute a certain flower that was depicted in the bouquet picture.  Very considerate, polite service.

Unfortunately, they do not follow their delivery policy specified as the following on the website: Delivery Times: Normal delivery times are 9am-5pm daily for orders going to a business, 6pm for orders to a residence, hotel, or hospital, and 2pm for orders going to a high school. During major holidays such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day we operate extended hours and delivery times are 8am-8pm.

I was contacted by someone stating they only deliver from 9am-5pm and when I stated this does not align with their policies online they exclaimed "Really... my website?" How does a business not know what they put on their website? It clearly says for Mother's Day and major holidays they operate at extended hours from 8am-8pm and they deliver to residential, hotel, and hospitals beginning at 6pm. VERY SAD!!!!

We live in Fort Worth, TX. By chance, I called this morning for flowers to be delivered tomorrow in Kansas. This business gave the best customer-focused service I have received in about a decade!! Friendly, professional service and I appreciate the ease of placing an order with such clear communication, it was fast as well. 

They even sent me a picture later of what they will be delivering.

Warms my heart to do business with stellar people such as Don Evans. What a kind soul to a total stranger!! You rock!
