My favorite florist! I love to stop in and get "just because" flowers for my wife. I give them a dollar amount and maybe a flower suggestion and they fill in the rest of the blanks with experience and creativity. I'm always impressed by what I get and happy to keep coming back!

There is a reason this 3rd generation florist is still in business when grocery stores, Walmart, etc. have just about put everybody else out of business! It is called customer service, accountability, skilled workers, quality control, experience, etc. I am a local that had my first florist experience with them as a child-maybe 10-12 . My sister and I called them on our own to order a corsage for our mother for Sunday church Mother's Day with our piggy bank change! They were so awesome! They helped us by asking if we knew what flowers she liked, what colors, etc. Told us what we could get then for our money. Dad picked it up and always used them after. Also note, I later became a florist/manager in St. Louis to help pay for college. I hate to see this industry going online and to grocery stores, etc. The quality is horrible now-notice even your roses don't smell, never open, and wilt over so soon? It is because growers have had to change varieties to deal with big box stores needing varieties to make dollars over quality! No people trained to know how to process the flowers correctly to make them last, etc. Russell Florist may not be able to compete as low priced-but reasonable, good specials, and will work with your budget, but here is a perfect time to remind people of the saying: "You get what you pay for"!

I had ordered some flowers online, from whom I believed to be a local company, for my wife for an early Valentines Day. Turns out the company was not local and the flowers were delivered in a box, off of a Fed Ex truck, and were half dead. I then contacted Russell Florist and explained to them what had happened and asked if they could help me out. They had two dozen roses delivered to my wife at her work less than a half an hour after I called them. Superb customer service and not to mention a beautiful bouquet of roses. Thank you Russell Florist.

Good place to grab flowers when in need. They have parrot(s?) in the building, so there's something entertaining to look at while you wait.
