Wow. Words can't express how awesome this place is. Best place at the best price. The customer service alone is so phenomenal; I dare not try another jewelry store. The manager is nothing less then amazing and the staff are very much well trained. Why shop anywhere else??? 😎

Their customer service sucks. Even their manager Juan doesn't even have the courtesy to call back. I just wanted to talk to him about wanting to purchase a item. Either he doesn't know service or his employees don't give a crap

very bad spot to buy jewelry I bought a ring about 2 weeks ago I still haven't received it they said come back in about 3 day after I purchased it and we will have it sized and ready I go back and nothing they tell me they don't recommend the size I picked so I said hey leave it the way it is and maybe I'll get the ring back faster they tell me to come back in about 3 days so I come back in 5 just to make sure they have it and what do you know they still don't have it they have me wasting my time and gas going to this place for nothing and the girls that work their are very friendly but a little slow they confused me and themselves I WILL NOT BUY HERE AGAIN
