I had the best experience at Don Roberto. The sales associate really listened to me and helped me pick out the most beautiful necklace!!! I cannot stop wearing it and I have gotten so many compliments on it!! I cannot wait to go back to Don Roberto for my next shopping experience!! I highly recommend visiting!! You will love it

Had a lovely experience at this Don Roberto location. Everyone in the store was very friendly and eager to help me find what I was looking for. Excellent service so I will definitely return when I'm looking for jewelry in the future!

At the beginning very nice and polite then started getting my statements I was there several times they had told me if my account was paid during the 12 months then they won't charge me interest well they lie not true ..I went back for my luck the sales rep got fired..I talked to onother sales rep nothing was done ...but yet they were willing to take off my interest charges as long as I purchase something else , guess what nope they lie and and they can't keep their promise.....
