Addendum #2: December 17, 2017!  A belated thank you to Linda in Customer Care for reaching out to me simply to make sure that the issue with my new refrigerator's ice maker had satisfactorily resolved itself.  It had!

Addendum: December 12, 2017!  Despite snow and freezing temperatures, my appliances were successfully delivered today. My special thanks to Keith and Jeramy for their efficient and proficient delivery and installation.  I appreciate, too, that they are truly nice guys!

Today I purchased a refrigerator, a range, and a microwave, even though I planned to purchase only the refrigerator: The sale prices were that enticing!  And Bill V. was knowledgeable, personable, and incredibly helpful in finding just the perfect models to satisfy both my "expensive" taste and my "budget" mentality!  Even though I generally DREAD shopping, Bill (and his pleasant, friendly associate) somehow managed to make this experience an enjoyable one.  And an affordable one, as well!  Having dealt with Don's Appliances previously, I feel confident that both delivery service and after-purchase customer service will be stellar.

Had  a kitchen remodel several years ago.  Purchased range, oven, speed oven, dishwasher and warming drawer.  They held products in inventory for over 6 months due to project delays...No cost!  Project had a lot of moving parts.  The Don's team helped it all come together.

Bob, our sales rep from the Canonsburg store was there every step of the way.  From helping was select which products would be best for us, to installation,  service  and having the corporate chef come to our home to show us how to benefit from some of the unique features of our appliances.

A recent call to service where we were able to solve the problem over the phone once again proved to me what a great organization they are.

Keith and Jeramy (D9) did a great job on the install of my dishwasher!  They were very helpful with explaining how to use the dishwasher . Thanks!

I bought several very expensive appliances from them, the stove was a complete lemon, but before that even started the installation people did things that were outrageous, including improper installation.  I knew by what they did that THEY knew it was improper, such as breaking off pieces of my cabinetry by accident and instead of telling me threw it inside my new dishwasher.  Things with the range too.  So wouldn’t you think when you call and speak with Don Jr. he would apologize or treat you well??  No, he was an arrogant jerk!  Never shopping here again!

I bought a refrigerator from the Canonsburg Don' Appliances recently. Rob Sobek of the sales department was very courteous and helpful and the sales process was smoorh and effortless. Two days later, the fridge was delivered as scheduled. Keith & Jeramy (D-9) were very polite and handled the entire delivery and set up process professionally. This is my second pleasant experience(our other refrigerator is also from Don's) and I will certainly return to Don's appliance when I have to buy another appliance.
