I do have constructive criticisms regarding personalities which were in stark contrast to what I'm use to in terms of car dealerships, but my overall experience was painless.  We left with a vehicle today, and I felt that they were willing to work with me in reaching common ground.  It was a busy day, yet my voicemails were answered in a timely fashion.  I was recommended this dealership by a family member, and I can see why she did.  A special shout out to Mike S.  He was knowledgeable, non-aggressive and a joy with which to work.  - HB

Called for an appointment to change my transmission oil and tires rotated.... Drove out to south hills and they told me they could not change the oil when I got there and that Toyota said that they can't even touch "closed system transmissions"? So I left the place called Rorich Toyota and they told me the exact opposite. They said they could change the transmission oil and the fact that it is a"closed transmission" it didn't make a difference to them. End of story..... Customer service was very poor and very very misleading..... Not coming back to this Toyota that is for sure.

Helpful staff. Went in to look at the new Rav4. Answered our questions and didn't make us feel like a mark.

Had an awesome hassle free experience trading in my car here. Very reasonable negotation and great people to work with! Eric was a great salesman to work with, I would go back again for sure.
