DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! NOT SURE IF THEY ARE COMPLETE LIARS, OR IF THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING, BUT I AM TICKED THAT I WROTE THEM A $200 CHECK FOR NOTHING! WE CALLED AND ASKED FOR THEM TO COME OUT AND PUMP OUR SEPTIC TANK. THE GUY THAT CAME SAID THAT OUR SEPTIC SYSTEM HAD COLLAPSED AND THAT WE WOULD NEED A NEW SEPTIC SYSTEM AND DRAIN FIELD. HE SAID HE COULD NOT PUMP OUR SEPTIC SYSTEM. HE CHARGED ME $150 TO COME OUT AND DIAGNOSE THAT PROBLEM, AND I PAID THEM ANOTHER $50 FOR SOMEONE TO COME OUT AND MEASURE FOR THE NEW SYSTEM (WHICH NEVER HAPPENED). AFTER HE LEFT, MY HUSBAND AND I CALLED ACE SEPTIC TANK SERVICE OF TAMPA (OUR NEIGHBOR HAD A NEW SYSTEM PLACED BY THEM AND WERE VERY PLEASED). WHEN THE GUY FROM ACE CAME OUT, HE IMMEDIATELY NOTICED THAT THERE WAS NO DEPRESSION IN THE GROUND FROM A COLLAPSED SEPTIC, AND HE SAID THAT THE AREA WHERE THE CRYSTAL CLEAN GUY HAD DUG OUT WAS TO THE DISTRIBUTION BOX, NOT THE SEPTIC TANK. HE PUMPED OUT SEPTIC TANK AND CLEANED OUT OUR DISTRIBUTION BOX. NO NEW SEPTIC SYSTEM OR DRAIN FIELD NEEDED! I GUESS I AM GLAD THAT I DID NOT GIVE THEM THE $8,000 TO $10,000 THAT THEY SAID IT WOULD COST FOR A NEW SEPTIC TANK AND DRAIN FIELD, BUT I AM TICKED THAT THEY GOT $200 OUT OF ME FOR WHAT I CONSIDER A COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME. COMPLETELY WRONG DIAGNOSIS!

Awful service! Waited over an hour for them after the given time frame and they never showed up. They never called and had horrible customer service and VERY rude. Told our realtor we were wasting our time and to find another company. Do not use these people. They do not know how to run a business!
