We recently called this company and decided to have our A/C unit replaced by them. 

The sales experience was absolutely great, Scott was a true professional and all about helping and satisfying the customer. 

The installers, John and Marcello were great to deal with, they made the job look easy and with very little mess. These guys are very professional and really know what they are doing. 

I would highly recommend this company to anyone without hesitation, and plan to do business with them for a long time to come.

Having been a customer for for than ten years this is a great company and always provides the BEST service. We recently bought a new unit and the two installers, Don and Henry did an outstanding job.  They were professional, friendly, and answered all our questions.  They taught us on how to use the new thermostat and cleaned up everything before they left.  We always be Ierna's customers and let our friends know to call for professional service

It is so hard to find a really great AC company & Ierna's always goes above and beyond!  They are honest, respectful, and knowledgeable! Prices are incredible, especially considering you know you are getting the best of the best.  Most of Tampa is just attempting to copy this fabulous company but could never stand up next to them.

Great company. Replaced my 14 year old unit after going over the pros and cons of just trying to fix.   Paul and Devin were professional and knowledgeable. Installation went without a hitch.

We had two Bryant air conditioners installed on Monday by John and Don.  They were on time, courteous, professional, friendly and did a great great! No mess no clean up after they left. Units passed inspection today and we are cool once again!  Highly recommend Ierna's for your heating, cooling and plumbing needs.
