Pretty good business.  They have had some ups and downs as all do; they have always been good to me.  I have had to run in and they were closing; they stayed open for 15 extra minutes to try to help me as I was leaving to head out of town the next morning.  Thank you for serving our community.

I found them online & saw reviews that said they didn’t answer, weren’t open the hours stated or were rude.They had a website that let me see some of what they sell. I don’t see that for local beauty stores.
 If I need something & can’t wait,  I have a couple of go to spots.  Only one of them has never been rude!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Some will talk about you, even to your face, act like they don’t need or want your money, treat you any kind of way or act dismissive. That’s when I learned I could shop online without resenting spending my money with them. Every person is entitled to their own opinion after the facts. My facts are:
I came in less than 15mins to closing and they took care of me as if I had the entire day to choose. They told me not to rush, every question I asked they answered, told me I was fine to keeps looking as long as I needed. They even watched and entertained my kids so I could really choose what I wanted. I was there well past closing at least 45 mins to an hour and they even walked me to my car and helped me with my kids. They were so nice, kind and warm. It felt honestly, like I was there with family. I’m from the south and rarely run into people with southern hospitality but they’re it!!!!!!!! Every store isn’t for everyone. They fit my needs and style, didn’t push anything on me and wasn’t missing when I wanted to see something. I also, didn't get an attitude from anyone about wanting to see almost everything. I don’t regret a dime I spent with them. Regardless of the reason, they work like they want your money. I respect that

The only thing good about this store is the location. It is cluttered, carpet is stained and torn. Open boxes are everywhere.  It is not clean and the walls have horrible unprofessional hand written neon signs everywhere. Some of the glass cases have duck tape across the front of them. It does not have air conditioning instead a huge loud fan. The worst thing is that the  prices are not listed on the hair. I paid over $100 dollars for 10inch hair that I later found were BOGO at two other stores. This is not a beauty supply store the selection is nearly non existent, really more of a hair and wig only store. The wig side does not have a mirror. It is a unprofessional store with prices that are decided by the owner.

My sisters and I went there. The man who greeted us had a nasty attitude. He keep asking what are you looking for, what do you need like he was annoyed we were there. The prices are ok. Then the man stated he was the owner. Very poor customer service. He was not pleasant at all and I will not be going back.
