I love Dr. Levine. He is warm and compassionate and he NEVER rushes you through an appointment. He is devoted to finding the best treatment options and their root causes. He's not at all like most mainstream doctors are. His nurses and receptionists are nice and very  helpful, too. And his office is great--it's located in a big old house on North Broadway in Nyack, and is like stepping back in time into an old-fashioned doctor's office from the 50's. I love that, too. :-)

I have been going to Dr. Levine for about two years. I went there complaining of a constant throat-clearing, to which he investigated with a camera to see the actual problem in my throat; there was no guessing game like I would get with a general practitioner. He found a thyroid disorder, which is what he has been treating me for this entire time. I have stuck with him; he reads me all of the lab results from my blood tests, and tells me the average range of the hormones so I know where I fall at that time. It's not you just trusting you have a problem, or that your problem is getting better; he explains it to you and shows you the raw data. I very much admire that. He prescribes the medication to me and regulates it regularly through lab tests and altering dosage. I highly recommend going to him if you are experiencing any abnormal symptoms that may be linked to a thyroid disorder. With each visit, he asks you about each symptom to document progress and make sure that you are improving. The office is nice, and the staff are friendly.

I visited Dr. Levine to help deal with my allergies and I was very pleased with the care I received. Not only is Dr. Levine extremely knowledgable in his field, but he is also genuinely invested in making his patients feel better. And the awesome location of his office is a huge plus!

Dr. Levine AND his staff are amazing. The amount of knowledge and dedication he pours into his patients is best I've seen in Rockland. I went in for my 8year old son and now I'm a patient.

Dr. Levine helped me with my allergies. I used to have a different allergy attack each season but now my issues are reduced greatly and I have Dr. Levine to thank for that. Great with follow up care as well. It was very busy, however, so I am deducting a star for wait time. But maybe busy is a good thing!
