The best looking dr in Nyack! lol. Dr Svensson is a great family practitioner & right down the street from me! My family has Been going to him forever. Very knowledgeable!

You can always get an urgent appointment within the same day or next. The office has free parking conveniently behind the office which is rare for any village office! Dr. Svensson is a wonderful physician with the friendliest of staff members!!

He is ok but the nurse who was pregnant was mean. The secretary did not tell me i needed to ask for a perscription. Why can"t they tell me? i needed it for pain from a car accident and asked if she could mail it and she said it was a state law and she could not mail it. 2017 I am still with them . I changed insurance and stayed with the doctor . Dr Svenson is good. Staff is easy to reach , call center too compared to other doctors. Even if my review 2 years ago was not good i told the truth. That I don't take back.they are easy to contact thank God. The wait sometimes is long. I am coming from Stony point. But it is not too far. Parking is ok . I have no problem with that. So what matters is that the doctor is good. Honestly insurance companies don't make it easy. Also with work and all wish some doctors were opened Saturday's .

Had to wait well over an hour to see the doctor with a scheduled appointment. The staff did not record the billing code properly which resulted in an additional payment which was supposed to be covered by insurance. Some staff members were rude. Definitely not coming back though it's a walking distance form my house.
