After waiting an hour an a half with two kids they tell me her size is on back order. The associates were not  helpful at all. As a busy parent with two daughters in cheerlead and son in football plus work, I don't have time to waste at a clothing store. This place is way over priced. They offer no discount for the inconvenience. I am no longer shopping  with this company. My kids school recommends this place. Horrible.... wish I can give it zero stars

Why in the world this place is a monopoly on school uniforms I don't know. Prepare to spend your Saturday here. At least 3 hours minimum. Why do schools insist that we have to get uniforms in this place? If you wait until the weekend before school starts you'll spend the whole day here

Horrendous experience in all aspects.  The worst was that after driving all the way down from MA to RI, then waiting forever and finally getting the order in, one piece of clothing was not in stock, in spite of being quite mainstream, however with the mandatory school logo.  They offered to get it shipped later, at our cost.  Shipping fee was way overpriced, like everything else in the store.  When we finally received the item in the mail weeks later, it was missing the logo.  We had to ship it back, at our cost again, and reorder.  They never apologized nor refunded shipping fees.  This store is so messy, time consuming and inconvenient for customers, and borderline unethical in its procedures, I can’t help but wondering why schools keep on doing business with them.

Ok. So the clothes last longer than my kids fit in them, but I can watch them grow up while waiting to be served here. The staff is usually nice and helpful, but they could use two or three times the people. Not even close to well managed. Every time. For a decade.

This was horrible. We waited a half hour to try on clothes. We finished and then we waited an hour and a half to get only a third of our order. I have to come back
Because it is the closest one to me but if there is any other way to get your clothes. I recommend going here only if it is a life or death situation.
